2. Doeleinden van gegevensverwerking

Wij verzamelen en verwerken persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doeleinden

• Het ontvangen en opvolgen van sollicitaties van verpleegkundigen en zorgkundigen

• Het beoordelen van motivatie, diploma’s, en werkervaring in functie van bemiddeling

• Het contact opnemen met kandidaten en zorginstellingen

• Het matchen van kandidaten aan geschikte vacatures

• Het verwerken van aanmeldingen van zorginstellingen die personeel zoeken

• Het organiseren van communicatie over het selectie- en aanwervingsproces

3. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij?

Voor kandidaten (sollicitanten):

• Identificatiegegevens: voornaam, achternaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, adres

• Taalvaardigheid Nederlands (gesproken, geschreven)

• Opleiding, diploma’s, werkervaring

• CV, motivatiebrief, aanbevelingsbrieven

• Kopie van identiteitsbewijs (optioneel, indien relevant in het traject)

• Motivatie en verwachtingen van de samenwerking

Voor zorginstellingen:

• Instellingsnaam, adres, type instelling

• Naam en contactgegevens van contactpersoon

• Gewenst profiel, werkregime, afdeling, verwachte startdatum

• Documenten zoals functiebeschrijvingen of samenwerkingsovereenkomsten

Technische gegevens (voor alle bezoekers):

• IP-adres

• Browser- en apparaatinformatie

• Cookies en vergelijkbare technologieën (zoals Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Fonts, Maps...)

4. Rechtsgrond van verwerking

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens op basis van:

• Toestemming van de betrokkenen (via checkbox bij het invullen van formulieren)

• Uitvoering van een overeenkomst, zoals sollicitatiebemiddeling of samenwerking

• Gerechtvaardigd belang, bijvoorbeeld om de website te verbeteren of om kandidaten te screenen

• Wettelijke verplichting, indien van toepassing (bv. immigratiedossiers)

5. Bewaartermijn

Gegevens worden bewaard zolang nodig is voor de doeleinden waarvoor ze verzameld werden, en maximaal:

• 2 jaar voor sollicitatiegegevens, tenzij toestemming werd gegeven om deze langer te bewaren

• 5 jaar voor samenwerkingsdocumenten van zorginstellingen

• 14 maanden voor analytische cookies (zoals via Google Analytics)

6. Delen van gegevens met derden

Jouw gegevens kunnen gedeeld worden met:

• Zorginstellingen die op zoek zijn naar personeel (enkel na screening)

• Dienstverleners die optreden als verwerker, zoals hostingproviders, cloudopslag (bv. Google Drive), mailingdiensten

• Google (via Analytics, Fonts, Tag Manager, Maps)

• Juridische of administratieve instanties indien wettelijk verplicht

Wij sluiten verwerkersovereenkomsten af met derden die toegang krijgen tot persoonsgegevens.

7. Jouw rechten

Je hebt het recht om:

• Inzage te vragen in je gegevens

• Je gegevens te laten corrigeren of verwijderen

• Je toestemming in te trekken

• Bezwaar te maken tegen verwerking

• Je gegevens over te dragen naar een andere partij
